All things NOLA. A rare find for sure! This fina china plate by Pickard is Hand Decorated and the metal art was created by Kurt Mager and is from the 1980’s. Kurt Mager designed several “city medallions” This medallion may have been designed to coincide with the Republican National Convention in New Orleans, 1988.
