Entro Layered Blush Polka Dot Dress | S NWOT

Reposhing this item I purchased from @paigeldunn728. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I never ended up wearing this and closet is just too full I had to purge some items. Has three covered buttons at the neckline and elastic waist with tie and ruffle below the waist with bell sleeves and elastic cuffs.
