Knee high black leather lucky brand moto boots size 9.5/39.5

Knee high black leather moto boots with buckles. 7.5 wide, 17 shaft length (not including heel), 1 inch heel, half inch sole, 4 across ball of foot. I have pretty big calves, 16 in circumference, and these fit me perfect. Technically are a 9.5 but they fit like a 9 because they are 39.5, not quite a 40. These boots have clearly been loved! In a few parts the lining is starting to come apart, as shown in the pictures, but I can't find any more flaws. They are very comfortable & there's a lot of life left in these babies! Make me an offer!
