Made from a lightweight, semi sheer polyester chiffon material. Slips on. Brand Trolley Car Tagged size 10 but please refer to measurements in photos and note the elastic waist feels a bit stretched out but still has stretch. C O N D I T I O N Good condition with minor flaws. Besides to above noted elastic, there are some light marks on the bodice and skirt. Shown in photos.
