Is this off the shoulder straps? Also, you said it's too short, was it altered by the posher you bought it from?

@maemthomas It can be worn on or off the shoulder! It has elastic straps. The lady I purchased from said it was not altered and I didn’t find any evidence of alteration. I’m just tall (5’11’’) and it was shorter than I’d like on me (you could see my feet completely).
