Danbury Mint Beacons by the Sea Collection
Hooper Strait Light is one of four surviving Chesapeake Bay screw-pile lighthouses in the U.S. state of Maryland. Originally located in Hooper Strait, between Hooper and Bloodsworth Islands in Dorchester County and at the entrance to Tangier Sound, it is now an exhibit at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in St. Michaels, Maryland.
Crafted from high-quality resin, these Danbury Mint piece features intricate detailing & vivid colors that bring the iconic historic landmarks to life.
There are a pair of poles that I assume were used to raise and lower the tender. Both are in the box, but one needs to be glued back with a steady hand . . . not mine! If you purchase just be careful.
In original packaging and includes Certificate of Authenticity and receipts. Origninal collector was my son's father-in-law.
Great Vintage Condition, no nicks, chips or cracks. @ 7" X 7"
