Makes white, whole grain, enriched bread and even Cake! You can customize it to do gluten-free bakes, pasta, dough, Jam! And yogurt! Has Crust color settings, the Dough Hook is notorious for its high quality and Non Stick coating.

And it has a 80 minute express Cook for a Loaf which is amazing. I always liked that this one gives acoustic signals on when to add fruits, nuts, and even when to remove dough from Hook. (Sometimes I forget)
