LuLaRoe 3XL muted black sleeveless top EUC

Reposhing this item I purchased from @charlottetn. Didn’t fit quite right but the top is really cute and in excellent condition! There is a lovely ruffle detail that runs across the top of the bodice and around the dropped shoulder line. It has a delicate, feminine look.
