This is a vintage dress I believe it’s from the late 90s. I’ve had it for a long time. I’ve seen it a couple times but I’ve never seen it with the straps. It’s beautiful pintuck pleat black linen over nude slip with a black lace hem unfortunately it does have two small holes (in photo the lint looks like holes), it has light boning on the sides Bust measures approximately 16 inches. Waste measures approximately 14 inches. Top bust to bottom measures 34 inches without strap
