White Jackie O Sequin Fitted Dress by Black Halo. Embroidered pattern on netted polyester with sequin detailing. Double lined. Zipper on back. Scalloped hem. I can’t wear it because my waist is too short. I see a little slight fuzz on some the embroidery but not really noticeable, otherwise in great condition. Excellent workmanship and details. Waist is 13”. Length is 41”.
