It has a mock turtleneck and no sleeves. MEDIUM > Bust:181/2 Waist: 171/2" Hips:20 1/2" Length: 60" Silhouette: Sheath / Zipper down the back. Floor-Length, the bottom of dress does touch the floor. High Neck - Sleeveless. Color Blocked- Very Funky colorful plaid. These dresses are new, never worn. No flaws, picks, odors it’s in excellent condition. This is truly a gorgeous dress!. No returns.
