Banana Republic Button Down Long Sleeve Blouse

Banana Republic Button Down Long Sleeve Blouse in fair condition. There is a pulled thread in the front (approx. 13") and back of the blouse (5 1/2" approx.) They are not too noticeable but are there. The seam that goes across the back had a tear towards the middle of the blouse (3" approx.) which was repair by me.
