mariotto @valllo hi there! Sorry for the delay, totally missed this. The distance is just under 7” and the size can be adjusted between 75-95cm. The total length is 102cm. I would say this belt is definitely better worn on the waist (vs. with super high-rise jeans) and runs a bit large (I’m a size 24-25!)
