Black tassle fringe around waist and along hemline. Beautiful and delicate beadwork. Fully lined. Long hassle tie at the back of the neck. Dress - 100% rayon. Lining- 100% polyester. New with tag from a smoke-free home. There is one area missing a couple of beads. Barely noticeable- see photo. Approximate measurements are 18.5 inches across the chest from armpit to armpit and 55 inches long from shoulder to hem. Would be beautiful to wear to a wedding.
