@daniellechase86 hi! I’m so sorry for the late response I’m just barely seeing your comment. The chest measurement is 19 inches flat across from pit to pit with the jacket zipped closed. And about 16 inches across the upper chest. This is with the sides adjusted to the smallest since they can be loosened. It is about 17.5 inches from shoulder to bottom and 16 inches across the front waist. I hope this helps!
