It can be used as either a Crossbody with the long straps that have a 21” strap drop or just use the short handle straps which have a 4 1/4” drop. The bag has a flat top in between the two handles with fabric that zippers. It has one inside open pocket. There’s definitely a good amount of space in there. Will fit all of the essentials 3” deep is a good amount of space.
