Sparkly black full length dress by Wenjilli. Vintage size 10 which would probably be a 6 or an 8 today. Made for someone very tall, shoulder to hem is 65". Fabric is very stretchy and can adjust to multiple sizes. When material is stretched out, it becomes semi-sheer, which is shown in the last photo.
