The heart are the same on both sides . The hearts measure 1/2 inch tall . In perfect condition! If you see any flaws, it is just a reflection . You will receive the earrings with a new tiffany " blue bag " You will "NOT" receive the BRACELET pictured or a "BOX"<--NOTE .
