Strapless summer dress in a bright rose print with a full skirt that is overlaid with a cream tulle. Bow detail on the front. Pullover style with an elasticized smocked back. Padded bust. No tags attached. The fabric feels like a cotton synthetic blend. Good used condition. Small hole in the tulle near the hem, which isn't very noticeable due to the pleats. Two faint stains on the waist band near and under the bow. This dress would fit a XS best, perhaps some S sizes.
