Hi there, I asked my friend - yes- till tonight but the price needs to be 10% lower than historic lowest. I didn’t see the discounted shipping at $16. Could it be that your lowest was $16? Is it possible you try a number that is 10% less? Maybe the $13 you suggested or whatever you think you set before as lowest? If it doesn’t work I ask my friend again . Thank you for trying!!
