VTG 70s XS/S French blue turtleneck w/ side zip cream stripe no label

In immaculate condition, this sweet French ribbed turtleneck is straight out the 70s, waiting for its corduroy pencil skirt or rust-colored wide legged denim. Can be worn zipped or unzipped on the left side of the collar. The cream stripe around the hem and the wrists is SO chic. Measurements are small but there is a lot of stretch in this cotton. No label but it looks French to me, or at the very least French Canadian, because that’s where the previous owner shopped! 100% cotton.
