@keriiiiiiii I’m a pretty solid 8 sometimes 10 depending on the store, i would say they fit me like normal pajamas on the bottom for me. These would probably fit a 6/8 more over sized or flowy

for the top im smaller than the bottom pretty much always a medium or 8 fits me and the top fit loose but not too big!
