Very cute novelty high waisted shorts with cat print. They are structured (rather than loose/flowy) so it has a flattering fit. Closes with side zipper, and it has pockets! They are size 4 but run slightly on the small side, I typically wear a size 2 and they fit well. There is one very small area of fraying, barely noticeable (on the bottom of the right side-see last photo). Otherwise in great condition, minimal wear.
