Velvet Maxi Skirt Size Large

Gorgeous vintage velvet skirt from Petrouchka. Has major Stevie Nicks energy. In very good used condition. No size tag, but waist is 16" with lots of stretch. I'm a large and wear it very comfortably. 33.5" in length and love the scalloped edges at the bottom.
