Sewn in padding, cannot be removed (no underwire). Approximate measurements pit to pit 17-18” (has stretch), length 17” from ruching on front down, not including straps. Black straps are stretchy & very soft to provide a comfortable fit. Material content shell-82% nylon, 18% spandex. Lining 100% polyester. Hand wash in cold water, line dry.
