New with tags NWT women's size small S Tularosa Melinda mini dress. Blue garment dyed fabric with natural variations in tone. Lovely all-over eyelet lace with crochet lace along hem and sleeves. Wide, drapey sleeves with an asymmetric cut and elbow length slit. Includes a removable slip that can be attached to the inside shoulders with buttons. Because this piece is garment dyed, there are areas where the dye is heavier or lighter in color to give a natural, hand dyed look. The stock photo shows this dress was meant to have a matching sash, but the sash is missing from this garment. There are loops on the sides where you could thread through a different sash or belt.
