This alluring jacket from Apostrophe is a fashion triumph. The vintage Y2K stunner features a beautiful cinched waist thanks to careful tailoring and a built-in belt. The flare at the hem is so gorgeous, giving this a killer architectural shape. Large eyelet buttons stud the placket, while design elements like storm flaps and decorative sleeve loops at the cuffs give the piece a moody, trench-coat feel. Hidden seam pockets at the hips are perfect for tucking your hands while you do your best model walk down the rain-soaked city streets, pretending to be in a music video. Everything is fully lined in a lavish azure blue fabric that's silky smooth. The exterior fabric is a sturdy cotton canvas with 3% spandex for stretch, adding comfort and keeping the jacket from feeling stiff. The dark navy color (almost black) cements the noirish feel. This is a wonderful piece for transitional weather, spring or fall, as it isn't too heavy or warm. Note: there is a very faint light spot at the chest on the right side. It's very hard to see especially when the jacket is worn/in movement, and it might be possible to remove it. I tried to show it in the last 2 pictures in detail but it is so subtle it's hard to make out. Otherwise excellent condition!
