It does have lots of stretch though. Light blue wash denim snap button closure to waist pockets but not very deep shorts are hi-low cut Material is 65% cotton 35% polyester. I believe it has some spandex in it as well because it certainly has stretch. I'd estimate 3-4%. not sure why it's not noted Also have the exact one in white listed too.
