Genuine Tory Burch, it flips open and can be worn with either side out! Clean lining as well as the outside except for slight discoloration on the corners and on handle, as shown. The gold hardware is shiny and has a nice weight to it. Measures 12" long x 13 3/4" width in the open position, so half that for each flap in the folded over position (you do the math, lol).
