This is scott and Tony we bought that stetson hat that got crushed in the shipping.
We never leave a bad review! It just not the right thing to do because we know that you try and do your best to list and ship a hat.

Tony spoke with the hatters and he wanted to ask if you’d just split the cost of fixing that hat again?
Please let us know or we will need to ship the hat back.
If you’d consider refunding $20 he will keep that hat and get it fixed when he can afford to get that done.
