kathykaminski @kdub402 I am so sorry I feel terrible- I have had a lot of mess to deal with lately and just haven’t gotten it done. If you send me your address - I will mail you the top - no charge. That being said - the weather is supposed to be awful the next couple days and I’m likely going to be stuck at work until Wednesday morning. I will definitely get it mailed this week.
