NWOT Teal Green Ruffle-Sleeve Top

Super pretty teal green top with flower bud detail. Double layer of fabric front and back. I bought this at Nordstrom, and then never wore it. One owner: me. No flaws, no smoking, no pets. *Some of the photos make this look teal blue...however, it is teal green.
