Four vintage novels by New York Times best selling author Elmore Leonard. Known as the king of crime fiction and suspense thrillers, Leonard has penned more than 40 novels with vivid characters and funny dialogue. Many of his novels have been made into films, most notable being ‘Out of Sight’ starring George Clooney and Jennifer Lopez, released in 1998. He also wrote ‘Get Shorty’ and Jackie Brown (Rum Punch). Leonard (1925 - 2013), passed at the age of 87 in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. After graduating from the University of Detroit Jesuit High School in 1943, he joined the Navy, serving for three years in the South Pacific. He later graduated from the University of Detroit in 1950.
