“Torrid” high low skirt and midriff top. Skirt hangs 28 inches in the front and 38 inches in the back. Waist is 19 inches side to side with back elastic for comfort. Top is midriff and measures 19 inches side to side beneath the arms. It can be worn on or off the shoulders. Light colorful stripes of white, orange, blue, brown and green.
