This is a great spring and summer skort from Title Nine. Used lightly for one season. It is quick drying, light, and colorful. Measurements from waist to hem is 16”. Waist measures 18”. Two zip pockets on the front, one pocket on the back, leg pocket for cell phone or credit card. Please note I have two of these skorts: yellow and pink. I have listed them both.
