925 Sterling Silver 2 1/4” Long Tear Drop Earrings with makers mark

925 Sterling Silver 2 1/4” Long Tear Drop Earrings with makers mark - these are exquisite teardrop earring earrings marked 925 which is the mark for Sterling Silver. There is also a makers mark on the back of the earring. I took several pictures of the mark but was unable to confirm. I did some googling and found a wiki that said that Mailand is a hamlet on Unst, one of the Shetland Islands and Mailand is the German spelling for Milan, Italy (see screenshot of wiki). I don’t not know what the mark means. The earrings are beautiful and in good condition and are approximately 2 1/4 inches long and 5/16 inches wide (see pictures for details).
