This 100% cotton blue and white fully-lined floral skirt is adorable. It has tiered fabric with a ruffle detail just above the knee. The waistband is full elastic and stretches to 24”. (See pic for measurements) This skirt is in like-new condition. It has been washed but possibly not worn. (I can’t remember if I ever wore it.)
