Hi there. They run a little on the small side. I wear a 6.5 - 7 depending on the shoe; these are just slightly big.

Is the back strap adjustable? Are they true to size 7.5? Thanks

The back strap is elastic. it does not have an adjustable buckle. i wear a 6 1/2 to a 7 and these are just a little big on me. I would consider them true to size.
