Gorgeous dress from WRAY with high volume sleeves and skirt. Wore and washed a couple of times and ready to pass it on. A really cool silhouette in the most beautiful blue, great for a spring wedding or party. Fabric is wrinkly from being in storage but does not wrinkle easily when wearing.
