Light and breathable black maxi skirt. Features a comfortable elastic waistband with an adjustable ruched sash belt, which was the style at the time. Flares out into a voluminous half circle skirt. Measurements taken while skirt laid flat: 14" at waistband (waistband has stretch) 39" long 92% viscose, 8% spandex. Machine wash cold delicate, dry flat. Bottom hem has very slight bleach damage.
