tishae17 @shemika40 hi there! good question! its ombre affect from dark brown to blonde on most pieces with the mermaid hair being lighter for highlights. like Beyoncé signature color. I uploaded the listing to include what the hair looks like out of pack. This is just a pic, as I haven't opened the pack I have yet so yes, its New With Accessories included.
