Y2K Vintage Blue and White Floral Sundress

This dress reminds me of a Y2K romcom. Made of a cotton spandex blend, its a mini style tight sundress in a white fabric thats covered in light blue and navy blue flowers. the dress has a dark blue band under the bust that ties in a bow and spaghetti style straps that criss cross in the back. The brand is tilt and it is marked a size medium with measurements in pics. Bc the fabric is a cotton spandex blend it has a ton of stretch - but measurements closely in line with a small to medium. In good vintage condition with no major flaws to note.
