This is a vintage poison box ring. The main stone is a garnet and the ring is made with 925 Sterling Silver. The ring has damage and wear. There are some designs missing or messed up. There is also something inside the ring that I have tried everything to get out and a jeweler too. This is a very nice, old, very old ring. The ring itself is US size 7.
