Nike PG4. Tag says size 13 but actually fits 11.5

I only wear PG basketball shoes when I play. These are the second pair I have bought of the PG4 that are way smaller than the tag. Gave the first to my bro who wears 11.5. These fit him perfect too. I paid $80. They are as good as new. $70 cuts my losses
