Mini goth utility kilt with chain!

🕸Please read shop policies and info :)🕸 So sad to see this go but it is too small on me:< It has button closers, two big pockets on each side with a small pocket on the outside of it, hooks, o-rings, pleats, belt loops and includes the 3 layered chain! Waist is around 24" and the hips are 26"-28" so wide hips won't fit that well in this (no stretch). Only worn once! 📏DM for measurements
