Vintage dorothy schoelen platinum polka dot floral skirt 33" waist

Good pre owned condition, no stains or flaws from what I can see. This is a faux wrap skirt, it isn't a wrap in a traditional scene, but it is more of a wrap below the waistband, pictured.
