Eyelet tube 100% cotton maxi

Three glorious tiers of cotton eyelet cascading down to the ground. It’s all fully lined except the bottom tier. Elasticized waistband. Approximately 14 inches across the top hem which is elastic and about 48 inches long. Would also work for maternity I think 🤰🏻
