In the picture with the model it looks like there's some kind of rhinestone or lace design at the waist, but it's not in the other photos. Is that rally on the dress? Also, is the color a light blue or is it more of a gray? It's hard to tell. Thank you!

@anw222 It is blue. I don’t think it has the sequins on it, but I will check when I get home. I bought it to wear to a rehearsal dinner, but it didn’t fit. I just tried it on once. It is very pretty.

@hinz9 I am looking at the pictures again and I actually don’t think the picture with the model is the same dress! It’s very similar, but it doesn’t have that wide horizontal waistband. Please double check when you get home and confirm that the one that you are selling is the one on the mannequin and not the one in the picture of the model, and let me know! Thank you:)
