This is a very cute pastel blue tweed jacket from Premise. It is a women’s size 16. It has a gold zipper up the front and along the sleeve cuff. There is a frayed ruffle/frill along the zipper and on the cuffs. Slight peplum to the back. Slight padding to the shoulders. Round neck. Very cute zipped or open. Fully lined. Small discolored flaw in the tweed on the inner lapel, and small faint stain on the outer right elbow, very light. Otherwise in great used continued, no snags or tears, smoke free home.
