Are you willing to provide a copy of the receipt with your personal info blacked out for authentication? I really don’t know any other way to authenticate the bag. @kenzie10 opening a case does not Authenticate an item. I know if it’s over $500 then items (as I’ve bought & sold) go to them first, which we discussed. That is not the case with this transaction.

@mikejlewis21 Sorry I said that wrong, I just read the email they sent me. It said to open a return through Problems/Order Inquiry and they would do a courtesy authentication. I’m not going to do it. It will take too long. The bag is perfect, I love it! And based on your receipt, closet and sales I believe it is authentic. Thank you for all your help❣️
